Interim RTR Accountant (Reconciliations)
12-Month FTC | £55,000-£60,000 | Immediate Start
Location: Salford

An established and highly recognisable organisation is seeking an experienced RTR Accountant to support a large-scale finance transformation programme. This role will focus on balance sheet reconciliations, data cleansing, and supporting system implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleanse and validate RTR data to support improved financial controls
  • Review and resolve inconsistencies across legal entities and business units
  • Restate balance sheet reconciliations into a revised legal entity structure
  • Investigate and clear immaterial reconciling items
  • Support migration of reconciliations into a new system (e.g. ARCS)
  • Collaborate with finance, transformation, and systems teams to deliver project milestones
  • Ensure outputs meet internal controls and reporting standards

About You:

  • (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or strong QBE with relevant RTR experience
  • Strong reconciliation and data analysis background
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, change-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Confident communicator, able to engage with multiple stakeholders

Desirable:

  • Experience in finance transformation or system implementations
  • Exposure to large ERP systems (e.g. Oracle)
