Interim RTR Accountant (Reconciliations)
12-Month FTC | £55,000-£60,000 | Immediate Start
Location: Salford
An established and highly recognisable organisation is seeking an experienced RTR Accountant to support a large-scale finance transformation programme. This role will focus on balance sheet reconciliations, data cleansing, and supporting system implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleanse and validate RTR data to support improved financial controls
- Review and resolve inconsistencies across legal entities and business units
- Restate balance sheet reconciliations into a revised legal entity structure
- Investigate and clear immaterial reconciling items
- Support migration of reconciliations into a new system (e.g. ARCS)
- Collaborate with finance, transformation, and systems teams to deliver project milestones
- Ensure outputs meet internal controls and reporting standards
About You:
- (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or strong QBE with relevant RTR experience
- Strong reconciliation and data analysis background
- Advanced Excel skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, change-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Confident communicator, able to engage with multiple stakeholders
Desirable:
- Experience in finance transformation or system implementations
- Exposure to large ERP systems (e.g. Oracle)
