We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to join a school in Blackburn. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping children manage their behaviour and reach their full potential.
The RoleYou will be supporting pupils who may struggle with challenging behaviour and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, working both on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. Your role will be to help pupils stay engaged, develop coping strategies, and access their learning in a positive way.
