Service Advisor in Brent - Pembrook Resourcing

Location: Brentford

Salary: £32,000 – £38,000 Basic | £42,000 – £50,000+ OTE

Hours: Monday–Friday + Saturday rota

We are recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy and high-performing dealership in Brentford.

• Booking vehicles in for service, MOT, and repair work
• Providing accurate estimates and gaining customer approval
• Keeping customers updated on vehicle progress and costs
• Upselling additional work, services, and products
• Liaising with the workshop and technicians
• Managing invoices and ensuring all paperwork is accurate
• Delivering high levels of customer satisfaction (CSI)

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proven upselling and sales ability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Experience with systems such as Kerridge / Pinnacle (desirable)
• Full UK driving licence

• £32k–£38k basic depending on experience
• £42k–£50k+ realistic OTE
