The Role

Working within a supportive and friendly fundraising team, you will play a key part in ensuring donations are processed accurately and supporters receive the highest standard of care. You'll handle donations received via post, online and phone, maintain data records, and support the smooth running of donor stewardship processes.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, accuracy, and meaningful interactions with supporters. Training on systems, including Salesforce, will be provided, and you'll be encouraged to contribute ideas that improve efficiency and supporter experience.
