What you will need

• British nationality required
• Experience supporting projects within a structured Project Management Office environment
• Strong organisational and administrative skills, capable of producing high-quality documentation

Salary and rewards
Salary: £25–29K plus highly competitive benefits package on offer

Your role

• Support project managers to ensure smooth project implementation and adherence to agreed timescales
• Assist with production and maintenance of project documentation including schedules, risk registers, and reports
• Coordinate bid activity for commercial and government customers, producing high-standard content
• Conduct internal project review meetings and contribute to post-bid analysis to improve processes

Your experience

• Technology or engineering degree and project management qualifications highly preferred
• Proficiency in standard office applications including Excel, Project, and Visio
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work proactively, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines
• Flexible and customer-focused with a positive can-do attitude
