Job Description

Internal Telesales Executive (Local Advertising)

Our client is looking for an ambitious and motivated Internal Telesales Executive to join their growing local sales team.

You will initially be responsible for selling digital screen advertising within well-known brands, giving local businesses access to a highly engaged and targeted audience.

The Role

Proactively engaging local businesses via outbound telephone sales

Winning new advertising clients while maintaining and growing existing accounts

Promoting additional products and identifying cross-selling opportunities

Maintaining a high level of quality outbound sales activity

Booking meetings where appropriate and managing the sales process end-to-end

Building strong relationships with business owners and marketing decision-makers

Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client delivery

Ensuring all CRM updates and administration are completed accurately

Representing the company professionally at all times


Training & Support

Full onboarding and structured telesales training

Monthly coaching sessions with an experienced sales trainer

Ongoing support from a collaborative and driven sales team

About You

Sales-hungry with high energy and a positive mindset

Confident and articulate on the telephone

Motivated, proactive, and target-driven

Interested in media, marketing, or advertising

Organised with the ability to plan and prioritise effectively

Naturally personable with strong relationship-building skills

Comfortable winning new business and managing accounts

Previous sales or telesales experience is advantageous but not essential
