A well-established UK organisation operating within the construction and building materials sector is seeking a Field-Based Territory Sales Manager to manage and grow an existing customer base while developing new business opportunities.

The successful candidate will take ownership of an established and well-performing territory, inheriting a portfolio of approximately 100 active accounts. The role focuses on maintaining long-standing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and representing the company’s full range of building materials and solutions.
Working closely with internal teams and regional management, you will support profitable growth while ensuring consistently high standards of customer care and service.
Previous experience within construction or building materials is advantageous but not essential. Applications are welcomed from experienced field sales professionals, as well as internal or office-based sales candidates looking to progress into a more senior, field-based role. Full training and ongoing development will be provided from day one.
