Description

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for;

• Oversee and manage all day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflows.
• Implement and maintain efficient logistics processes to optimise performance.
• Manage stock levels, ensuring accuracy and timely replenishment.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards within the warehouse environment.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track operational success.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics coordination.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency.

Profile

The successful Warehouse Manager should have:

• Strong knowledge of logistics operations within the transport and distribution industry.
• Proven experience in warehouse management and team leadership.

Job Offer

• Competitive salary ranging from £36,000 to £44,000 per annum.
