The role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll operate in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment, where you will:

• Generate new business through calls, networking, and referrals
• Build and manage your own portfolio of clients
• Develop strong relationships with decision-makers
• Source and place candidates into roles
• Negotiate fees and close deals
• Consistently work towards revenue targets
