Job Description
Pembrook Resourcing are currently seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our client’s busy and successful dealership in Salisbury. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills and a background within the motor trade to develop their career within a professional and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service and repair.
- Booking vehicles into the workshop and managing the service schedule.
- Liaising with customers throughout the day, providing updates on vehicle progress and any additional work required.
- Upselling additional products and services where appropriate.
- Preparing job cards, invoices, and associated paperwork.
- Working closely with the workshop team to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- A professional and positive attitude.
- Full UK driving licence.
