About the Role:

As a Installations Operative, you will play a key role in transforming spaces with your skills. Your responsibilities will include:

• Installing bespoke products
• Gaining a deep understanding of products and the working processes.
• Attending essential training and induction courses to enhance your skills.
• Proactively prioritising Health and Safety, adhering to risk assessments and method statements.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all issued items are cared for.
• Effectively communicating with fellow operatives and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
• Completing paperwork and administrative tasks in accordance with company requirements.
• Abiding by all relevant laws and regulations.

What We're Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualities:

• A valid UK driver's licence.
• While experience is preferred, it is not essential - we're happy to train the right candidate!
• Self-awareness and a conscientious approach to work.
• Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to urgent tasks.
• Confidence in dealing with customers and suppliers.
• Good knowledge of the construction industry.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Strong timekeeping abilities to ensure efficient job completion.
