We're looking for a General Manager for a thriving community pub in Tamworth. Salary up to £40,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package.

About the pub

The Longwood is a community hub situated in Tamworth. With Drayton Manor, Bodymoor Heath and Tamworth Fc all within a 3 mile radius, there are plenty of local attractions for you to support and to attract tourists to the area.

It benefits from a lovely beer garden, dog-friendly spaces, electric car charging, pool table, dartboard, car park, and accessible access.

The pub is currently achieving weekly sales of £15,000 split 50/50. There is scope to drive this business further by building live music, quiz nights, and seasonal promotions. The pub also provides the convenience of ordering and paying directly from your table via its Marston's Pub App, enhancing the dining and drinking experience.

There is 3 bedroom accommodation located above the pub, with separate kitchen and bathroom, private exit and onsite parking.
