Danish Customer Service Advisor in Canary Wharf - REFRESH RECRUITMENT LIMITED

We are looking for Danish Speaking Holiday Advisors to join our existing team. Our client offers holiday packages to European customers both online and over the phone.

Our ideal candidate will be someone who has a passion for customer service and a natural ability to influence sales.

Hours: 37.5 hours between 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 4pm Saturday and 9am to 4pm Sunday – only 2 weekend days per month

Salary: £26,700 + uncapped commission OTE bonus approximately £1500 per annum

Location : Canary Wharf – Hybrid working

This is a hybrid role after successfully completing training.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls for both sales and service calls
• Handle service requests in the applications system supplied by the client
• Generate sales through understanding customer needs and creating desire
• Cancel, modify or confirm holidays already sold
• Upsell additional products, services and extended stays

Person Spec:

• Fluent in Danish and English
• Excellent customer service
• Have a willing to help and resolve queries
