Location: Cardiff

Salary: £36-40,000

An established, design-led architectural practice is seeking a talented Architect to join its Cardiff studio. With over five decades of delivering high-quality, sustainable design across the UK and internationally, the practice has built a strong reputation for creating commercially intelligent, people-focused environments. Operating across architecture, urban design and masterplanning, it is particularly recognised for its expertise in mixed-use developments, retail, leisure, residential and workplace sectors.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to projects across all RIBA stages
  • Develop design concepts and detailed technical solutions
  • Coordinate with internal teams, consultants and clients
  • Prepare and manage drawing packages and specifications
  • Attend meetings, site visits and support project delivery on site

Requirements

  • Qualified Architect (ARB/RIBA or equivalent)
  • Demonstrable UK project experience across multiple stages
  • Strong design, technical and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite preferred
  • Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methods
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills
