Birmingham (Tamworth or Sutton Coldfield)
Salary £35,000 - £40,000

Butler Rose, public practice is delighted to be supporting our client, an independently owned and forward thinking firm with over 40 yrs experience. This role will have the opportunity of progression within the firm based on performance and qualifications. Training will be given to continue studies towards a relevant accounting qualification if required.

Role Requirements -

• Prepare and review annual accounts for limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare corporation tax returns and self-assessment returns for partner review.
• The role will require client facing responsibilities and may also include client visits to prepare management accounts
• Ensure compliance with statutory deadlines and reporting requirements.

Personal Requirements -

• ACA/ACCA/AAT Qualified or Part Qualified
• Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sage and Xero would be advantageous
