What You'll Do:

• Manage Reservations: Handle bookings with precision and professionalism
• Provide Information: Share insights about our services and answer guest queries
• Ensure Comfort: Make sure the reception area is tidy and inviting
• Support the Team: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations
• Lead front-of-house operations during service
• Run the bar confidently and ensuring smooth, efficient service
• Delegate tasks and supervising staff across bar and floor
• Deliver outstanding customer service consistently
• Ensure communication flows effectively between kitchen, bar, and waiting teams
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented venue
