Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service & Sales Support Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organisational ability, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service - Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a professional and timely manner
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
- Provide product or service information to customers
Sales Support - Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations
- Process sales orders and ensure timely follow-up
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., finance, logistics, operations) to ensure order fulfilment
- Track sales activities and update CRM systems
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance summaries
Administration - Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems
- Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments for the sales team
- Monitor and manage inboxes and correspondence
- Support stock control and inventory tracking (if applicable)
- Assist with general office administration tasks as required
Skills & Qualifications - Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM systems preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
