Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service & Sales Support Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organisational ability, and a customer-focused mindset.


Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a professional and timely manner
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
  • Provide product or service information to customers
Sales Support
  • Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations
  • Process sales orders and ensure timely follow-up
  • Liaise with internal departments (e.g., finance, logistics, operations) to ensure order fulfilment
  • Track sales activities and update CRM systems
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance summaries
Administration
  • Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments for the sales team
  • Monitor and manage inboxes and correspondence
  • Support stock control and inventory tracking (if applicable)
  • Assist with general office administration tasks as required
Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with CRM systems preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
