Orka Financial is recruiting for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their clients finance team, based in Andover. You will become a key team player within the accounts payable function and be the first point of contact.
The Accounts Payable Assistant role offers the opportunity to take ownership of tasks, support wider finance activities, and contribute to the smooth running of our accounts payable processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage supplier invoices accurately and on time
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Staff expenses
- Maintain good working relationship with suppliers
- Assist with payment runs and month-end procedures
- Support the accounts team with general finance tasks and ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
- Previous experience in accounts payable or accounts assistant role
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Team player with excellent communication skills
Salary up to £35,000 plus good company benefits
