We are looking for Business Analysts at various levels of seniority to join a dynamic technology team in Northampton. This hybrid role offers a competitive salary up to £75,000 plus bonus. Please note: this role does not offer sponsorship.

Role Purpose:
As a Business Analyst, you will help organisations implement technology solutions efficiently by gathering requirements, analysing business needs, and communicating them clearly to stakeholders and project teams. You will play a key role in ensuring that projects deliver value and align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, supporting solution design.
• Lead analysis on smaller projects or workstreams on larger programmes.
• Collaborate with project teams to support delivery of roadmaps, estimate timelines, and align with overall objectives.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, developers, and users regarding requirements, changes, and testing outcomes.
• Assess situations, identify risks, and recommend solutions to enable successful project delivery.
• Follow governance, regulatory, and risk frameworks to ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Strong analytical skills, able to work with multiple data sources and present actionable recommendations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies, including full lifecycle management.
• Understanding of data transfer, APIs, and cloud-based applications.

Desirable Skills:

• SQL knowledge.
• Understanding of financial regulations and interest in banking or payment industries.
• Knowledge of payment technologies or the payments industry.
