Kitchen Assistant in Buntingford - CTS Recruitment LTD

We are currently recruiting for Catering Assistants to work in the Buntingford area. Ideal candidate will have 3- 6 months experience working in a commercial kitchen and have a good understanding of the role and its responsibilities.

Responsibilities of a Catering Assistant:

• Assist with basic food preparation duties, including washing, peeling and cutting vegetables
• Provide courteous and friendly customer service
• Adhere to health and safety standards
• Keep all work areas clean and follow food hygiene protocols at all times
• Load and unload catering supplies off deliver vehicles

About you:

• Basic understanding of health and safety procedures
• Great teamworking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Undertaken food hygiene, infection control and COSHH training, however training can be offered.
• Excellent work ethic and be reliable and organised
• Live in the Buntingford or have access to a car
