Sales Executive – Advertising

Location: Bristol (Office-based, hybrid after 3 months)

Salary: £25,000–£30,000 base + uncapped commission

Hours: 9:00am – 4:30pm (35-hour week)

The Role

You’ll be selling advertising space across print, digital and exhibitions within the Print sector.

  • 80% account management – nurturing and growing established accounts
  • 20% new business development
  • Office-based with client travel as needed
  • Hybrid working available after probation

This is a consultative sales role focused on building long-term relationships with key clients.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Managing and growing existing client accounts
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Selling multi-channel advertising solutions
  • Handling objections confidently and closing deals
  • Working in a high-energy, supportive sales environment

Full training is provided — attitude and drive matter more than ad sales experience.
