'Property Finance Manager - reporting into the Senior Manager Transactional Finance.

The Property Finance Team focuses on the operating costs for multiple retail sites across the UK.

Responsible for a small team of Accounts Payable Controllers, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices for utilities, rents, service charges etc.

Responsible for maintaining journals and producing reports on property operating costs.

Person specification:

AAT Qualified

Supervisory experience

Good Excel and reporting skills

Good stakeholder management

9.00 - 17.30, 45 mins for lunch, 36.25 hour week

On site once or twice a month
