Salary: Up to £50,000 (DOE)

Location: Croydon (Office-based, Monday to Friday)

Why This Role?

You’ll work hand-in-hand with experienced Wealth Managers, delivering bespoke financial planning solutions to successful individuals and business owners. From pensions and investments to tax and estate strategies — you’ll be at the heart of your clients’ financial journeys.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Partnering with senior advisers to craft and deliver holistic financial plans
• Preparing detailed reports and presenting tailored strategies to clients
• Managing and nurturing your own portfolio of valued clients
• Attending client meetings and contributing to high-level financial discussions
• Growing your skills with full backing to progress your career

We’re Looking For:

• Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent)
• Experience as a Senior Paraplanner or Junior Chartered Advisor ready to step forward
• Solid knowledge of pensions, investments, tax, and estate planning
• A people person with strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ambitious, driven, and eager to grow within a collaborative team
• Happy to be office-based in Croydon, 5 days a week until such a point you are established as an advisor
