Clinical Deputy Manager 

£23 per hour / Southport  / 39 hours per week /  Ideally RMN Qualified

2 x 11 Hour shifts on floor & 2 x 8.5 hour shifts Supernumerary 

About the Role

My client is seeking a dedicated and clinically confident Deputy Manager to join our leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse looking to step into a supportive management role within a well-established care environment.

You will work a combination of 2 x 11-hour nursing shifts and 2 x 8.5-hour supernumerary shifts, including some weekends. This blend allows you to maintain hands-on clinical practice while also contributing to the operational and leadership responsibilities of the home.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Ideally RMN qualified (other NMC-registered nurses considered)
  
• Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care
  
• Confident in leading teams and supporting staff development
  
• Experienced in care home or similar clinical environments
  
• Organised, proactive, and committed to maintaining excellent standards
