Are you a driven, customer service minded Commercial Mortgage / Bridging Finance Broker ready to operate at a higher level? Keen to work with an experienced team, utilising the latest technology to provide fast and efficient funding solutions.

We’re looking for an experienced broker who can act as a true expert intermediary, sourcing tailored funding solutions across:

• Commercial Mortgages (offices, hotels, retail, care homes)
• Bridging Loans
• Development Finance

You’ll be working with a wide network of specialist lenders, structuring tailored property finance solutions, and simplifying complex borrowing for property investors and business owners.

This role suits someone who:

• Has proven experience within structured property finance (Commercial Mortgages, Development Finance and Bridging Finance)
• Can package and place complex deals
• Thrives in a relationship-led, solution-driven environment
• Wants to maximise earning potential
