Recruit Wealth are delighted to be representing an Independent Financial Planning business who have an enviable, award winning reputation, fully independent and recognised as a leading advisory name in London.

With over 150+ staff and continuing to grow, our client handles circa £3 Billion+ AUM with expert client care and a true holistic approach at the forefront of everything they do.

Very recently and excitingly, new Financial Planners have been joining and there is an increase need for Paraplanning support to continue their advice delivery.

Our client ideally seeks to recruit 3 skilled and competent Paraplanners to work alongside high producing Financial Planners who manage a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Client Service & Relationship Support
• Assist with on-boarding new clients, including KYC/AML checks and account opening documentation
• Maintain up-to-date client files, investment mandates and regulatory records
• Respond to client queries with professionalism and accuracy
• Portfolio & Investment Administration
• Process investment instructions as instructed
• Support preparation of portfolio valuations, performance reports and investment proposals
• Assisting IFA with research and technical reports on FE
• Building suitability reports and preparing for client review meetings
• Organising fund values, LOAs and portfolio builds
• Operational & Financial Support
• Liaise with investment platforms to ensure accurate settlements and reconciliations, Process payments and transfers in a timely manner

Compliance & Risk Management:

• Ensure all processes comply with regulatory requirements
• Conduct AML, KYC and due diligence checks in line with internal policies

Administrative Support:

• Diary management
• Provide general administrative support to advisors

Skills & Competencies:

• Familiarity with wealth management operations, compliance and client servicing
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive financial information
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM/portfolio management systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
