What you'll do
* Provide regulatory guidance to Investment Management teams, with a focus on Fixed Income trading and portfolio activities across active and index strategies
* Advise on EU and UK regulations including MiFID, UCITS, best execution, derivatives, transaction reporting and investment restrictions
* Support new product launches, strategic initiatives and regulatory change projects from a Compliance perspective
* Assess and interpret regulatory developments, advising on policy implications, potential breaches and risk mitigation
* Partner with Investment, Risk, Legal and global Compliance teams to address cross-border matters and governance requirements
* Contribute to senior management and board reporting, and deliver targeted regulatory training to business stakeholders

What you bring
* Significant experience within an asset management compliance function, ideally covering Fixed Income desks
* Strong knowledge of UCITS, UK/EU MiFID requirements and broader investment regulation
* Experience providing compliance advisory support within an investment management environment such as EFG
* Sound understanding of fixed income instruments, trading activities and ETF structures
* Ability to deliver pragmatic, commercially aware guidance in partnership with Investment, Risk and Legal teams
* Proven capability to manage competing priorities, analyse complex issues and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
