DATA DELIVERY LEAD

This is a senior opportunity to take ownership of data delivery across a high-growth digital environment. You will shape how analytics, reporting, and data products are delivered at scale, with real influence over roadmap direction and commercial outcomes.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Data Delivery Lead will:
* Own end-to-end delivery of data products, dashboards, and data feeds.
* Lead priorities, sequencing, and resource planning across multi-disciplinary teams.
* Work closely with Business Analysts, Data Engineers, and BI specialists to maintain high delivery standards.
* Partner with senior stakeholders across Marketing, CRM, Finance, and Operations.
* Translate business needs into well-defined, deliverable reporting and analytics solutions.
* Balance immediate delivery requirements with longer-term roadmap and platform development.
* Ensure teams are set up for upcoming work and aligned on upcoming priorities.
* Provide functional leadership without acting as a Project Manager, while collaborating with PMs and Scrum Masters to drive delivery.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
* Strong commercial experience leading delivery of BI, reporting, and data products.
* Proven ability to partner with senior business stakeholders and translate requirements into actionable solutions.
* Hands-on understanding of data engineering, analytics, and modern BI tooling such as Power BI.
* Experience working in complex or highly regulated environments.
* Ability to guide cross-functional teams and influence delivery outcomes.
* A strategic mindset with the ability to balance short-term needs with long-term platform direction.
* Strong organisational, prioritisation, and communication skills.
