You will influence multi-million-pound marketing decisions, lead a skilled analyst, and drive genuine change in a complex, data-rich environment.

You will join a large, well-structured analytics team with strong leadership support and a collaborative, cross-functional setup.
The Role
* Lead end-to-end marketing analytics across MMM, incrementality testing, and attribution.
* Build confidence in an existing third-party MMM model and evolve how it informs commercial decision-making.
* Design and run incrementality tests and connect learnings with last-click and multi-touch attribution.
* Partner closely with senior marketing stakeholders to justify large-scale spend and shape future investment decisions.
* Manage and mentor a Senior Analyst, supporting their development and overseeing analytical delivery.
* Influence top-of-funnel strategy and help define how marketing effectiveness is measured across the organisation.
Your Skills & Experience
* Strong commercial experience in marketing analytics across MMM, attribution, and incrementality testing.
* Ability to operate confidently in large, matrixed organisations and influence senior stakeholders.
* Comfortable driving change and embedding new measurement approaches at scale.
* Proficient in SQL, with Python as an advantage.
* Experience translating complex analytical outputs into clear, actionable recommendations.
* Skilled in collaborating across cross-functional teams including marketing, product, finance, and analytics.
