This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing data function within a highly backed, mission-driven business. You will shape how reporting, dashboards and data foundations evolve as they scale, with clear long-term opportunities to move into deeper insights and analytics.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Data Analyst will:

* Build and maintain high-quality Power BI dashboards and reports to support KPIs and BAU needs across sales, finance, customer success, operations and marketing.
* Write strong SQL for data extraction, transformation and reporting.
* Support the roll out of Power BI internally and act as a champion for best practice and usage.
* Partner closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, gather detail and produce structured, accurate outputs.
* Analyse trends and performance data to identify opportunities and support decision making.
* Bring structure, organisation and clarity to fast-moving workloads within a small, collaborative team.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

* Strong commercial experience using SQL for querying, joins and aggregations, with the ability to write clean, efficient code.
* Proven experience building dashboards in Power BI or similar data visualisation tools.
* Comfortable working in smaller, agile environments and contributing across different areas of reporting.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to gather detailed requirements and explain work clearly.
* Highly organised, structured and able to bring order to ambiguity.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn, with interest in developing into more insights-led work over time.
