Production Operator - Temp to Perm - Milton Keynes

Pay: £12.45/hour

Hours: Monday to Friday | 6am-2pm & 12pm-8pm (weekly rotating shifts)

Newstaff Milton Keynes is currently recruiting for a reliable and motivated Production Operator to join a busy and well-established metal manufacturing company

This is a temp-to-perm position, offering long-term prospects for the right candidate after a successful 3-month period

Key Duties:

• Weld cleaning
• Press forming and rolling
• Metal bending
• Component preparation
• Bride pressing/studding
• Press brake operations
• General assembly support
• Other general metal forming tasks as required

Requirements

Requirements:

• Must be able to work both shifts (weekly rotation)
• Previous experience in a metalwork or production environment is beneficial
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
