Experienced Service Advisor – Main Dealership

Location: Gatwick

Basic Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE

OTE & Benefits: £40,000+

Hours: Monday to Friday (no weekends)

My client, a well-established and highly regarded dealer group in the Gatwick area, is looking to welcome a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor into their busy and successful Aftersales team.

The Role:

• Meeting and greeting customers in the service reception
• Delivering a first-class customer experience at all times
• Booking vehicles in and advising customers on repair timescales
• Liaising with the workshop and keeping customers informed
• Carrying out general administration and system updates
• Working closely with the wider Aftersales team

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor (motor trade experience essential)
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills
• Well-presented, professional, and approachable
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-player mentality
• Confident handling admin and day-to-day service processes
• Holds a full UK driving licence
