I'm supporting a
global professional services organisation that is looking to hire an experienced
SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect to lead complex, enterprise-scale HR transformation programmes.
This is a senior, client-facing role where you'll act as a trusted advisor, shaping SuccessFactors solutions that deliver real business value across large, multi-workstream programmes.
The role - Lead end-to-end solution design for SAP SuccessFactors, with a strong focus on Employee Central and Time Management
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, high-quality solution designs
- Provide oversight across multiple SuccessFactors modules and delivery streams
- Ensure alignment between SuccessFactors workstreams, overall programme vision and integrated systems
- Advise senior stakeholders on best practices, roadmap-driven capabilities and innovation
- Contribute to pre-sales, solution shaping and thought leadership
- Mentor and develop junior consultants
Experience required - 10+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, including 5+ end-to-end implementations
- Deep expertise in Employee Central plus at least one Talent module
- Proven experience leading large, complex, multi-module SuccessFactors programmes
- Strong stakeholder management and advisory capability
- Comfortable balancing delivery leadership, strategic advisory and sales support
