AI Delivery Lead - Associate Director - Insurance

The role focuses on enhancing Gen AI products to effectively meet industry demands. We seek a collaborative and results-oriented professional to lead and deliver high-impact projects.

Key requirements for the role include:

• Deep insurance industry expertise with a strong track record across commercial and specialty sub-markets.

• Proven experience designing and delivering AI-enabled, production-grade solutions at scale.

• Ability to identify high-value AI opportunities and lead go-to-market propositions from concept to launch.

• Strong commercial acumen with end-to-end project leadership across scope, budget, timelines, and stakeholder management.

• Advanced knowledge of AI technologies, including Generative AI and emerging applications.

• Inspiring leader capable of guiding diverse technical and non-technical teams to deliver complex programmes.

• Hands-on experience delivering AI solutions on cloud platforms within Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments.

• Excellent communicator and storyteller, able to translate complex data insights into clear, compelling narratives for senior stakeholders.

Salary available is up to £110,000 plus bonus and cash benefits. This is a hybrid role with office attendance 2-3 days per week in Central London
