Full Stack Java Engineer in London - Sanderson

Location: Canary Wharf(Hybrid, 2 days p/w onsite)
Pay Rate: £500-£550 (outside)
Duration: 6 months
Tech Stack:
- Essential: Java, Angular, Azure cloud services
- Desirable: React

I am currently looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join a major transformation programme within a global financial institution. You'll be working across modern, enterprise-scale digital platforms with a strong engineering culture and a cloud-first approach.

What You'll Be Working On

• Building and enhancing backend services using Java
• Developing responsive, user-focused front-end interfaces primarily in Angular
• Supporting cloud-native delivery using Azure Services
• Collaborating with architects, product teams, and fellow engineers in an agile environment
• Contributing to a suite of modern digital products used across the organisation

What We're Looking For

• Strong commercial experience with Java and Angular
• Exposure to React and modern front-end practices
• Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms
• Background in complex, enterprise-level systems
• A proactive, collaborative approach to engineering
