Lead Enterprise Data Architect in London - High Finance (UK) Limited T/A HFG

A leading London Market Insurance firm is looking to hire a Lead Data Architect to join their growing Data Architecture team to share the enterprise-wide data architecture. You will provide strategic direction, influence and guardrails to enable quality and well-governed data outcomes across the business. This role is more focused on working through influence, governance and collaboration rather than owning or delivering data solutions.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

· Financial Services Experience is essential

· Strong experience shaping enterprise data architectures

· Significant experience in governance, MDM, metadata, lineage, modelling, quality management and data security.

· Have experience in cloud data platforms

· Have an understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements impacting data

· Strong stakeholder management skills

· Strong analytical skills

· Experience in leadership and shaping architectural direction

· Knowledge of Databricks, Azure, SQL Medallion Architecture and AI Fundamentals
