Enterprise Solution Architect in London - Matchtech

We are seeking a high-caliber Solution Architect to join a premier Solution Architecture & Planning team. This is a pivotal role within a large-scale ERP Transformation Programme, where you will design and deliver solutions that redefine how a global energy enterprise operates.

You will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into differentiated, high-value solutions. Acting as a bridge between Sales Pursuit and Delivery, you will ensure that architectural designs are not only innovative but also underpin the broader business case and value proposition.

• Solution Design & Strategy: Translate intricate requirements into robust, scalable architectures using deep technical, functional, and platform knowledge.

• Stakeholder Advisory: Act as a subject matter expert (SME), providing advisory services to senior stakeholders and influencing key architectural decisions across multiple workstreams.

• Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with Sales Pursuit and Delivery teams to develop "winnable" solutions that align with the overarching business case.

• Documentation & Governance: Create comprehensive solution designs, implementation plans, and technical documentation that meet rigorous industry standards.

• Workshop Facilitation: Lead workshops and technical discussions to elicit requirements, gather feedback, and align disparate business units.

• Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of best practices and technical excellence.

• Continuous Improvement: Proactively assess and improve existing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the programme.
