Executive Assistant

Location: Farnham

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 P.A.

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to [Executive Title]. The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations while anticipating needs, managing priorities, and maintaining confidentiality at all times.

This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and accommodations
  • Prepare briefing documents, presentations, and reports
  • Screen calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the executive
  • Draft, proofread, and edit communications
  • Track action items and ensure timely follow-ups

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

  • Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
  • Build strong working relationships across departments
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Support board-level interactions (if applicable)

Operations & Project Support

  • Support strategic initiatives and special projects
  • Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting
  • Organise events, meetings, and off-site sessions
  • Improve administrative systems and processes

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative Assistant
  • Experience supporting C-level or senior leadership preferred
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
