Manufacturing Operator in Warrington - Adecco

Pay Rate: £14.68 per hour
Location: Warrington
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
This role will be initially temporary with the look to go permanent for the right candidate

A hands-on role within a busy packaging and production environment, ensuring products are safely, accurately and professionally packaged, labelled and quality-checked before distribution.

• Assemble packaging materials including boxes, inserts and labels
• Apply accurate product, safety and regulatory labels
• Carry out quality checks to ensure packaging meets required standards
• Identify and correct defects or inconsistencies
• Complete required documentation and follow SOPs
• Maintain a clean, safe and compliant working area
• Perform manual handling tasks and follow all safety guidance

• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible, willing to learn and adaptable to workload demands
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Awareness of COSHH
• High School Diploma, Secondary Education, Advanced Certificate, or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year in manufacturing, production, operations or laboratory work.
• Preferred: cGMP experience, cleanroom experience, handling hazardous materials

• Manual handling required
• May involve working with hazardous materials
• PPE provided
• Fully on-site role
