Finance Manager – Infrastructure

Farnham – Hybrid – Permanent – PE-backed aviation infrastructure

£65,000–£75,000 + bonus & benefits

We’re working with a PE-backed aviation infrastructure business to hire a Finance Manager. Since the fund’s investment, the business has doubled its EBITDA and is continuing to grow at pace.

Reporting into a high-calibre Finance Director, this role offers full exposure to the day-to-day running of a complex, multi-entity finance function — with real scope to grow. It’s a great opportunity for someone with ambition to become a future No.1.

WISH LIST

THE ROLE

• Manage and support a finance team of five (3 direct, 2 indirect)
• Oversee the ledgers and group chart of accounts
• Lead the month-end close and ensure reconciliations are completed
• Produce management accounts with commentary and variance analysis
• Prepare group financial statements and support the external audit
• Oversee VAT, CIS, and other statutory reporting
• Maintain and improve finance systems, controls, and processes
• Lead budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles
• Produce cash flow forecasts and monitor working capital
• Support insurance renewal processes and Board reporting
• Contribute to a strong finance culture and lead by example

YOUR PROFILE

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
• Effective communicator – written & verbal
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel
• 1 - 2 + years' PQE in a finance management or senior role
• Confident working across multiple entities and leading a team
