Imperium Financial Recruitment is working with a highly respected and established firm of Insolvency Practitioners with multiple locations across the UK. They are seeking a qualified Corporate Insolvency Practitioner to join their Liverpool office and play a key role in the continued growth of their corporate insolvency offering.

Role Overview:

As a Corporate Insolvency Practitioner, you will lead a team responsible for delivering a full range of corporate insolvency assignments, including Administrations, CVLs, MVLs, and CVAs. This is a senior-level appointment, offering the opportunity to take ownership of cases, build client relationships, and contribute to the strategic development of the firm’s insolvency practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a portfolio of complex corporate insolvency cases.
• Act as office holder on appointments, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Manage and mentor a team of insolvency professionals, supporting their development.
• Prepare statutory reports, proposals, and case documentation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including directors, lenders, and legal advisors.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and represent the firm within the local business community.

About You:

• Licensed Insolvency Practitioner with proven experience in corporate insolvency.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK insolvency legislation and procedures.
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Commercially focused with the ability to develop and grow client relationships.
• Collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving and case management.
