Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 + Uncapped Commission (Realistic OTE £80k+)

What You’ll Be Doing - Hunting down and winning new business opportunities
- Building and managing a strong, high-value pipeline
- Engaging decision-makers and confidently leading sales conversations
- Delivering compelling pitches and tailored solutions
- Negotiating and closing profitable deals
- Consistently smashing monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Becoming a trusted advisor to clients
- Spotting market trends and turning them into opportunities
