This is a permanent, full-time IFA Administrator job based in Manchester City Centre, offering flexible start and finish times over 5 days, with hybrid working as well. The employer offers a highly competitive salary of up to £31,000 alongside an exceptional benefits package including 30 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, contributory pension, hybrid working with three days in the office and two from home, and access to a Financial Adviser.

This IFA Administrator job plays a key part in supporting Financial Advisers and ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration of a busy Financial Planning business. The incoming IFA Administrator will deliver high-quality administrative support to clients and advisers while maintaining excellent client service standards at all times.

• Providing comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers and the Practice Manager
• Managing correspondence with clients, internal teams and external providers via phone, email and written communication
• Preparing client review documentation and presentation materials for client meetings
• Maintaining accurate client records across internal systems, including CRM platforms
• Completing detailed data entry and ensuring data integrity across all systems
• Updating cashflow models, investment performance reviews and producing supporting reports
• Assisting with the preparation of discussion documents and financial models
• Handling complex cases in a compliant and responsible manner
• Ensuring all applications meet internal procedures and external legislative requirements
• Supporting process improvements and contributing to efficient team operations
