Internal Recruitment Advisor

Manchester City Centre - Fully Office Based

£27,500 - £35,000 per annum + Commission

Monday-Friday (Early Finish on Fridays!)

Time Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a fast-growing recruitment firm in the heart of Manchester City Centre as they expand their internal hiring team. We are now seeking a driven, people-focused Talent Acquisition Advisor to join their vibrant office and play a key role in attracting top talent across multiple divisions.

The Role - Talent Acquisition Advisor

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the business continues to attract high-quality consultants and support staff. You'll work closely with hiring managers, understand team needs, and deliver a seamless candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

-     Manage end-to-end internal recruitment across multiple business areas

-     Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of platforms

-     Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs

-     Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements

-     Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processes

-     Maintain accurate records on the CRM and ATS systems

-     Represent the business professionally at all times, acting as a brand ambassador

-     Support employer-branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns

What We're Looking For

-     Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar people-focused role

-     Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills

-     Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple vacancies at once

-     Motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment

-     Strong attention to detail and a professional approach

-     Tech-savvy with experience using CRM/ATS systems

-     A positive, energetic personality that thrives in a busy office setting
