Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am-5pm

Our Client is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Parts Advisor to join their busy site. Reporting directly to the Parts Manager, you will play a key role in ordering, storing, and issuing parts to the workshop. This role suits candidates with experience as stock controllers, parts administrators, or those with semi-skilled or trainee backgrounds looking to grow within the industry.

• Managing workshop stock, including booking goods into the system and cross-referencing vehicle parts
• Liaising with the stock team to order required items
• Completing physical and system stock checks
• Handling administrative tasks such as email/telephone queries, weekly reports, and paperwork
• Ensuring accurate record keeping and maintaining internal systems
• Supporting the workshop with efficient and timely work
• Carrying out ad-hoc duties as required

• Experience in a similar role
• Automotive sector experience (desirable)
• Confident using computer systems, including Excel
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent numeracy and literacy
• High attention to detail
• Passionate about the motor industry and delivering high standards of work
