At Adaptable Recruitment, we're supporting a growing organisation known for its down to earth culture and collaborative working style. They're now appointing a Marketing Manager to take the lead on shaping their marketing direction and driving brand visibility as the business continues to evolve.
Salary:£45,000 - £50,000 - Depending on experience.
Location: Runcorn - Fully office based
Holidays: 20 days holiday plus bank.
Working Hours: 8.30 - 5.30
Main Responsibilities to include: - Take ownership of the company's brand presence - online, offline and everywhere in between.
- Build high impact marketing materials that help the commercial team win new business.
- Lead website improvements, ensuring pages are clear, modern and conversion focused.
- Manage content across digital channels, keeping messaging consistent and engaging.
- Work with external partners on PPC, SEO and wider performance activity.
- Use data and analytics to shape decisions, refine campaigns and identify opportunities.
- Develop simple, effective CRM workflows and automated email journeys.
- Oversee social content, campaign calendars and day to day comms.
- Produce visuals, documents and creative assets that raise the quality bar.
- Support internal updates, events and team engagement initiatives.
The Ideal Candidate: - A well rounded marketer comfortable balancing brand, digital, content and commercial needs.
- Confident working end to end - from strategy and planning to hands on delivery.
- Experienced in managing websites and collaborating with external developers or agencies.
- Strong understanding of PPC/SEO fundamentals and how to interpret performance data.
- Skilled in CRM use, segmentation and automated customer journeys.
- A natural storyteller with sharp copywriting and an eye for clean, modern creative.
- Organised, proactive and able to handle a varied workload without losing pace.
- Someone who brings energy, ideas and a willingness to take ownership from day one.
