We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join a growing, creative agency.
This role offers the chance to work across multiple clients, manage paid media and lifecycle campaigns, and continue developing your skills in a fast-paced environment.
The role
- Plan, manage and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display & YouTube), Meta, LinkedIn, and more
- Deliver effective email and SMS marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions
- Monitor budgets and performance to maximise ROI across multiple clients
- Analyse campaign data and make data-driven optimisations
- Produce clear performance reports with insights and recommendations
- Support conversion tracking and performance optimisation using Google Analytics and Tag Manager
- Work closely with the wider team and attend client meetings
- Support internal and external training where required
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 12 months’ experience managing paid ads / PPC campaigns
- Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo and SMS marketing tools
- Good understanding of conversion tracking and analytics
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Confident using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
