The Site Support Specialist plays a central role in ensuring high standards are clearly communicated and upheld on construction sites across the UK and Ireland. You will provide hands-on technical support, assess installation challenges, deliver product training, and act as the expert link between our customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level onsite technical support for customers.
* Five days on site, occasional office days as required.
* Site reports completed within 24 hours.
* Report subcontractors and product manufacturers used on each site.
