An ambitious and growing accountancy practice in Hertfordshire are looking for an Accountant to take ownership of an expanding client portfolio.

The role

• Managing your own portfolio of clients

• Preparing limited company statutory accounts

• Producing management accounts

• Completing sole trader tax returns

• Preparing and submitting VAT returns

• Reviewing work completed by offshore teams to ensure quality and accuracy

• Supporting junior staff and contributing to their development

• Assisting with onboarding new clients as the firm continues to grow

About you

• At least one years’ experience within a public practice environment

• Experience reviewing the work of junior staff

• Proactive, organised and comfortable taking ownership of your work

• Keen to develop and progress within a growing firm
