Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will be a Chartered Architect with substantial private residential project experience and demonstrable expertise in Revit software. You should have a proven track record of working on high-end residential developments, including new builds, extensions, and period properties. Strong design leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and design teams are essential. Previous experience in design and build environments would be highly advantageous.

Daily Duties

  • Lead design development and create detailed architectural designs for luxury residential projects
    * Prepare planning applications, building control submissions, and construction documentation
    * Conduct site visits and surveys to ensure design also integrity and construction quality
    * Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle
    * Coordinate with in-house craftsmen and construction teams to ensure seamless delivery
    * Provide technical advice and design leadership during the construction phase
    * Assist with feasibility studies and design development for new projects
    * Stay updated with current building regulations, planning policies, and industry best practices
